Pricing

Fees:

FEES ARE BASED ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE CASE OR TREATMENT AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Endodontic treatment fees can range from $790 to $1490 depending upon the treatment required and the tooth to be treated. Please contact the office at (864) 848-3640 if you have any questions concerning our fees.

Office Policy:

We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Debit cards.
Consultation fee is due at time of service. The fee for this service ranges from $110 to $175 depending on complexity and length of appointment. We will file your insurance, if any, to come directly to you.

Root Canal Treatment:

Patients without insurance: Payment in full is due at the time of service. We offer a 5% discount for cash or check for payment in full for root canal treatment.
Patients with insurance: One-half of the treatment fee is due at the time of service. We will file your insurance for you when treatment is complete and settle the difference once we have heard from them. By law, insurance companies have 30 days in which to respond.
**Exception….Patients with Delta Dental Insurance will have to pay IN FULL at time of service for treatment.**
Financing is available through CareCredit. Feel free to access their website to apply or we will help you when you come to the office.

Missed Appointments:

We certainly understand emergencies and other unexpected events. All we ask is the courtesy of a phone call so that we can use the time reserved for you for someone else. If an appointment is canceled with 24-hour advance notice, no charges will be assessed. There will be a $75 fee for a “No Show” appointment.

Collections:

Any account over 30 days past due will be sent to a collection agency.  All collection cost and fees will be the patients responsibility.

Fraudulent Checks:

Any check submitted to this office not honored by a bank will be assessed a $35 penalty. The patient will be notified by certified mail and have 10 days to make the payment. If restitution is not received promptly, the account will be turned over to the Magistrate and a warrant issued. This payment must be by cash or money order. All future visits will be on a “cash only” basis.
